Terms and Conditions

Last updated: March 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using the SecureCourse Desktop App ("Service") provided by SuccessMagnet, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SecureCourse provides an anti-piracy desktop application wrapper for educational platforms. Our Service wraps your existing website and implements security measures such as screenshot blocking and screen recording deterrence.

3. Limitations of Security

While we employ robust techniques to prevent digital piracy, no system is entirely foolproof. We do not guarantee 100% protection against highly sophisticated bypass methods or physical recording (e.g., recording a screen with a smartphone). Users accept that the Service significantly mitigates, but cannot completely eliminate, the risk of piracy.

4. License and Usage

Your one-time payment grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to distribute the final compiled software to your students. You are expressly prohibited from decompiling, reverse engineering, or reselling our core wrapper software.

5. Limitation of Liability

SuccessMagnet shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, or from any course piracy that still manages to occur.

6. No Post-Delivery Support

SecureCourse is sold as a one-time payment for a one-time app delivery. Once the compiled application is delivered to you, our service is considered fully complete. Absolutely no ongoing technical support, maintenance, or updates will be provided after delivery.

7. Website URL Changes

The desktop application is compiled exclusively for the specific website URL you provide during setup. The app will continue to function properly as long as your URL remains exactly the same. However, if you change your domain name or website URL in the future, the application will cease to function. Such changes are strictly your responsibility.
