Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Non-Refundable Service

Because SecureCourse provides highly customized compiled software explicitly designed for your unique platform and URL, all sales are final and non-refundable once the application setup process begins.

2. Software Delivery

The service is considered delivered as soon as our team successfully compiles and sends you the installer files (`.exe` or `.dmg`). No refunds will be granted post-delivery.

3. Bug Fixes in Guarantee Window

If the application fails to launch or exhibits critical bugs strictly related to the security wrapper entirely on our end—within the first 7 days post-delivery—we will rectify the bug free of charge. No refunds will be provided during this debugging phase.

4. Platform Compatibility

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they operate a web platform compatible with standard browser wrapping (e.g., standard LMS environments). We will verify this before taking payment. No refunds are provided if the customer changes LMS platforms after the app is compiled.
